Meet Alan
Alan's passion for real estate started at a young age by seeing his parents work in the industry and having family in the residential real estate business for three generations. Over the years, he has observed what the power of real estate can do to strengthen families' financial stability and is passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom.

Alan has 12+ years of consulting experience solving his client's most challenging problems across non-profit, for-profit, and military sectors which includes working on multiple projects improving affordable housing options for older adults. In addition, Alan has been involved in real estate investing since he began his career and continues to grow in the space.

To date, Alan’s real estate investments span across multiple asset classes including long-term rental properties, fix & flips, and residential sales and leasing. However, Alan's focus is on multifamily syndications as he passively participates as a Limited Partner in several syndications and serves as a Co-General Partner with 20 units under management valued at $3.5 million.

Arn Cenedella is a real estate expert with more than four decades of experience, including 35 years as a Realtor navigating the unique real estate landscape in Silicon Valley, CA.
Through these experiences, he developed a passion for helping others achieve their own financial freedom through investing in multifamily real estate syndications.
Arn currently manages and operates a multifamily portfolio as general partner and sponsor of over 1,100 units with a total value in excess of $138M. In addition, Arn is a limited partner in over 500 units located in the Southeast and Mountain West.

Progressive Properties of Greenville LLC (PPOG) is a full-service residential property management company. Operating in the Greenville, SC market for over 13 years, PPOG currently manages over 440 single family and multifamily units, providing a range of services including full unit renovations.
Brian is also an active real estate investor, focused on multifamily value add properties. He is currently a co-sponsor and general partner on four multifamily syndications totaling 366 units.
Brian leverages his 20+ year background in construction and maintenance as a Master Plumber, paired with his expertise of the Greenville market, to help his large network of investors achieve and exceed their real estate goals.
